"Exceptionally nice hotel"

I've stayed all over the USA for business and pleasure and this is a very nice hotel. This is as good or better than most of the larger city really expensive hotels. The room was large, clean, and modern. The cost of the hotel was inexpensive but the furnishings expensive. I stayed in a non smoking room and for a casino hotel it says a lot when you can't smell smoke. There was no smell of smoke in my room. I stayed in the East tower. I've been at the hotel for a few days and I'm still currently staying at the hotel. Thank you for a great stay in Las Vegas.

"Great place to stay"

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable clean and very nice. The restaurants were great. We had fun playing the slots. We were attending a convention and the location could not be better. Highly recommend for any occasion.

"Great customer service"

I stayed at the LVH for one night to attend the esthetics convention. Check in was relatively short. The first room assigned was in the East Tower, upon entering the dresser was vibrating audibly from the loud music that was playing by the pool. I couldn't get the vibration to stop, and the loud noise was very annoying, so I called the front desk to see if I could move rooms. The front desk gentleman was very polite, friendly, and helpful. He immediately connected me with someone to organize the changing of rooms. The next person I spoke to was very kind, compassionate and understanding, and agreed to move me to the North Tower where the rooms are refurbished, and quiet. A bellhop person came to my room to help me move my things, and she, too, was very friendly and helpful. (I love you guys!) My new room was a breathe of fresh air, cool, clean, quiet and comfortable. I had a beautiful view.
