"Beautiful balcony view"
I loved it here. Except the heater didn't work, but other then that, it was perfect and close to everything. I loved the views and smell of frest pine trees. Minutes from SMNP, and downtown Gatlinburg. I will stay here again.

This was our 2nd time staying here. The first time was in November 2014. We almost always rent a cabin but didn't need that much space this trip. We stayed 5 nights from Dec.29th till Jan.3rd. We had a room on the back side and ground level. The place was packed and all booked up. There was a group of teenagers there and they were very loud. Our room was the last room right by the stairs. We just turned up the a/c and tv and didn't let it bother us. Our room was very clean. The first thing I do when I check in a place is to wipe down the tv remote and doors with Clorox disinfecting wipes and I check the mattresses. This place was very clean and passed all my test. Jason was very nice and helpful and Jesse at the call center is also a very nice guy. They offer you a free pancake breakfast every morning of your stay. We did not eat there this time but have in the past and liked it. Our wi-fi worked great. No problems at all with it. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. It's a older place but clean and has some friendly employees.

We traveled with 2 small dogs. We noted the rooms were very clean and neat. We were given a special room for pets and it was pet friendly. Staff was helpful, accommodating, and very nice all around. We were give a complementary voucher to redeem at the PANCAKE HOUSE on site. This voucher is one per person per nights of stay. A true value. We would recommend this motel to others and will also book it again for ourselves.
