"Would stay again. Perfect Location"
We stayed in the older building. Our room had a huge living room with a pull out sofa bed, a little kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave as well as plates, glasses utensils, etc. It also had a single-serve coffee maker and a king size bed in a separate room (no door). Sliding glass doors with huge views of the ocean from both the living room and bedroom. Lots of room! Lazy river was awesome and the kids loved it. Hotel is directly on the beach and right across the street from Family Kingdom. Perfect location! The staff I encountered were very friendly.
"Home away from home!"
Our stay at Westgate was such a memorable one. It was the first time in years that I wasn't ready to go home. The king size bed in the bedroom was so comfortable. To me it was "Home away from home." We only stayed 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. There were so many amenities for the kids that there was never a dull moment. The customer service with everyone we encountered was magnificent! You've done an awesome job with your resort and staff! I highly recommend Westgate Resort to Everyone.
"Great Experience"
I had a very pleasant experience at westgate. First of all everyone went out of there way to help us always with a smile .Second my kids had a blast! They loved the little water park area. The breakfast buffet is good for the price especially when the kids eat for free great deal!We will be back next year and will be staying at westgate resort again!
"This place is Amazing!"
We had been staying down the street at a different hotel (sea crest) and were not happy with that hotel as it was dirty so we came down the street to wesgate and we were blown away with the service and room. The front desk employees were so nice and helpful. We were given an upgraded room at no extra charge. The room was one of the nicest I have ever seen and the bed was so comfortable. We are planning our vacation for next year already and will definitely be staying here!
